Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely stroll through Darjeeling's vibrant Mall Road and local market area, soaking in the unique atmosphere of this historic mountain town.

Overnight in Darjeeling

An early morning excursion takes you to Tiger Hill, one of the most famous viewpoints in the Himalayas. Witness the spectacular sunrise as the first rays of light illuminate the snow-capped peaks of Kanchenjunga and, on exceptionally clear days, even Mount Everest in the distance.

On your return, visit the historic Ghoom Monastery, one of the oldest Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in the region, followed by a memorable ride aboard the famous Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (Toy Train), a UNESCO World Heritage marvel.

In the afternoon, explore Darjeeling's principal attractions including:

Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. You may choose to explore the bustling MG Marg promenade, lined with cafés, boutiques, and local handicraft stores.

Overnight in Gangtok

After breakfast, embark on a comprehensive sightseeing tour of Gangtok's most important cultural and spiritual landmarks.

Visit the magnificent Rumtek Monastery, the largest and most significant monastery in Sikkim and the seat of the Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism. The monastery's impressive architecture, sacred relics, and peaceful surroundings make it one of the region's most revered religious sites.

Continue to the sacred Do Drul Chorten, one of Sikkim's most important stupas, adorned with 108 prayer wheels and surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds.
