DAY 1 JAIPUR – JODHPUR
Morning: You will be driven to Jodhpur from Jaipur (Approx 327 Kms / 5 hrs)
Afternoon: Arrive Agra, check in at hotel for 02 nights stay

Jodhpur is also called the “Blue city” located on the edge of the Thar desert was once the capital of former princely state of Marwar founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha and is now the second largest city of Rajasthan. While the graceful palaces, forts and temples bring alive the historic grandeur, exquisite handicrafts, folk dances, music and the brightly attired people lend a romantic aura to the city. countless festivities celebrate the rich past and culture of the princely state.

DAY 2 JODHPUR
Morning: Excursion tour of Jodhpur
Visit magnificent Meherangarh fort, one of Rajasthan’s finest forts, as it looks down protectively over the city from a hilltop. Still run by the Maharaja of Jodhpur, this 5 km long majestic fort on a 125 meter high hill is one of the most impressive and formidable structures. There are seven gates that lead into the fort. Inside the fort is a series of courtyards and palaces. Jaswant Thada, located a short distance from the fort, just off the fort road, is a white marble memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. The cenotaph built in 1899, was followed by the royal crematorium and three other cenotaphs that stand nearby. There are some beautiful marble jali (lattice) work and fine views from the terrace in front of the cenotaphs. Following sightseeing tour return back to hotel
Afternoon: Bishnoi village safari
Experience a memorable outing in jeeps, visiting various traditional villages and seeing their local handicrafts being made. Highlight of this tour is a visit to Bishnoi Village to experience rustic Rajasthani life. Drive through the countryside abounds with black bucks and chinkaras grazing serenely and migratory birds dotting the skies. Visit the local weavers, potters and gypsy tribes in their milieu

DAY 3 JODHPUR – UDAIPUR

Morning: You will be driven to Udaipur (Approx 280 kms / 6 hrs), en route visit Ranakpur temple.
One of the largest and most important of Jain Temple complexes in India.
The temple is a design marvel with over 1400 pillars so arranged, that none of them construct the Lords’s image from any corner of the temples. It boasts some of the most exquisite Jain temples in the country famous for their intricate friezes and sculptures and is one of the holiest Jain sites of India. The main Chaumukha (four faced) temple was built in 1439 and is dedicated to the first Enlightened One, Adinatha Rishabdeva. An inscription in it traces its origin to the reign of Rana Kumbha. Erected on a raised platform, it is surrounded by 66 subsidiary shrines. It has 1444 beautifully carved pillars, of which no two are alike

Udaipur
Udaipur is the erstwhile kingdom of Mewar, one of the oldest surviving dynasties in the world and was established around 1567 A.D. The chequered history of Mewar is showcased in the city of Udaipur, which is akin to an oasis in the desert state of Rajasthan. It is a rich and beguiling tapestry of lakeside palaces, forts, temples, havelis and gardens, reflecting the varied influences of the centuries

DAY 4 UDAIPUR

Morning: Sightseeing tour of Udaipur
Highlights include a visit to the City Palace and Sahelion-ki-Bari. City Palace is composed of 4 major and several minor palaces that form a single façade. Its main entrance is through a triple arched gate, the Tripolia, built in 1725. The gate leads to a series of courtyards, corridors and gardens. The Rai Angan (Royal Courtyard) has a shrine, which is the oldest part of Udaipur. It is here that Udai Singh met an ascetic who suggested this site for Udaipur. The centrally located 17th century Mor Chowk (Peacock Courtyard) gets its name from inlaid glass mosaics of peacocks on its walls. Next, visit Sahelion-ki-Bari, Garden of Maids of Honour that comprises of ornamental fountains, a lotus pool and rose garden. It was built specially for one of the queens of Udaipur, whose dowry included 48 maids
Afternoon: Boat ride on the placid waters of Lake Pichola (Subject to sufficient water level in the lake)
Lake Pichola derives its name from Pichola Village, with the City Palace extending along its eastern bank and the Jag Niwas Island and the Jag Mandir enclosed in its vast expanse. Maharana Udai Singh enlarged the lake after he founded the city of Udaipur and today it stands 4 kilometres long and 3 kilometres wide. The lake is surrounded by hills and its panoramic beauty is best viewed against the backdrop of the setting sun

DAY 5 DEPART UDAIPUR
Morning: You will be met our representative will meet at the hotel lobby and transfer you to the Udaipur airport to board flight to onward destinations
