• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within cancellation guideline period.

• Limitless Vacations reserves the right to re-price, alter or revise any offer received IF
• – Your booking request is received after 15 days validity period.
• – Fuel surcharges / prices are updated;
• – You request , 2 or more changes to the quotation
• – Circumstances beyond the companies control deem it necessary.
Cancellation Policy :-
• No Show fee.
– Hotel only booking: 100% of tour price
– Package booking: 100% of tour price.
Cancellation Fee
• – If cancelled 45+ days before the tour arrival date: no charge ( No refund after booking is guaranteed in Feb & Nov & December peak dates irrespective of cut-off date)
• – 44 – 15 days before arrival date: 50% of tour price
• – 1-14 days before arrival date: NO refund
No refund for Jungle safari & other activities / services where vendor needs payment upfront & confirmation only subject to deposit.
• Limitless Vacations does not accept cancellation requests made in last minute.
• In case of any Refunds approved by the Limitless Vacations, it’ll take 16-30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
